Awajishima National Akashi Kaikyo Park in Hyogo

Awajishima National Akashi Kaikyo Park is one of 17 national parks run by the government and is a very beautiful park where you can enjoy the nature of Awajishima. You can enjoy seasonal flowers, and spring tulips and muscari are one of the largest in Kansai.

The vast lawn is pleasant, and the largest playground equipment and water playground in Kansai are very popular with children. Various events are held there every season.

Tottori Flower Corridor in Tottori

The Tottori Flower Corridor is the largest flower park in Japan, with a large glass greenhouse that stands out against the backdrop of Daisen, the highest peak in the San’in and Sanyo regions.

The gently expanding 10,000-square-meter “Hill of flowers” is where the harmony of viola and poppy reaches its peak in April and May.

Walking on a flower carpet wrapped in the healing scent makes you feel as if you have lost your way into a fairy tale world.

One of the attractions of this place is that you can enjoy beautiful seasonal flowers on the “flower train” running in the park.

National Sanuki Manno Park in Kagawa

Sanuki Mannou Park is the largest flower garden in Shikoku that changes its expression according to the season. The park is very large, and there are plenty of activities such as children’s playground equipment such as athletic and fluffy domes, lawn open space, and bicycle rental.

You can enjoy beautiful seasonal flowers there while you walk and cycle.

The park also has a covered square called Dora Yume Dome that can be used even in bad weather, an auto campsite, a dog run (large dog area and small dog area), restaurants and shops.

In the park you can stay, eat and buy souvenirs.

Nokonoshima Island Park in Fukuoka

Nokonoshima Island Park is a park located in Nokojima, a recreational area that can be easily reached, about 10 minutes by ferry from the center of Fukuoka City.

This park, which has a history of about 50 years, can enjoy flowers such as daffodils, sasanqua and camellia even in the winter season, but it is especially recommended in autumn when bright pink cosmos is in full bloom.

500,000 early blooming cosmos are from early October to mid October, and 300,000 late blooming cosmos are from late October to early November.

In the park, you can experience athletic, putt golf, and pottery, as well as “Omohide Street” where you can feel Japan in the early Showa era, a mini zoo, and a cottage where you can stay.

Kuju Flower Park in Oita

Kuju Hana Park is located on the Kuju Kogen in Aso Kuju National Park, and offers views of the 100 famous mountains of Japan, Kuju Mountains and Mt.Aso.

There are about 500 species of 5 million flowers a year. In spring, many flowers such as tulips, livingstone daisies, and nemophila bloom one after another.

In the park, there are plenty of food pleasures, such as bread and healthy Genghis Khan using water from Oita salt and Kuju Kogen and fresh eggs.

In addition, astronomical observation events are held on summer nights, so you can enjoy the full starry sky like a natural planetarium.
