Higashide Coffee Shop

“Higashide Coffee Shop” is located near the shopping street entrance of Omicho Market, a kitchen and famous tourist spot in Kanazawa. The stained glass in classic colors, the old clock on the wall, and the dark brown of the pillars and tables that give a sense of history create a traditional atmosphere.

The most popular menu is Higashide Blend. It is not a shopkeeper’s preference, but a blend made with the customer’s physical condition in mind. It has a medium-thin roast like a coffee with firm bitterness and acidity, but also features a refreshing mouthfeel.

There are 20 different menus with just coffee, and homemade puddings that are sold out in the afternoon are also popular.
