No.10  Gensoba-Nonaka

Located in a residential area, this is a long-established store of Edo Soba with a calm atmosphere that has long been loved. You can enjoy sweet soup and strong Soba noodles that are unique to Edo Soba. The customers of the office worker are constantly visiting from the evening.

From testimonials

I ordered “Aonegi spicy miso soba 800 yen (excluding tax)” introduced in popular magazines.

It seems to use wild varieties of spicy radish and spicy daikon from Fukushima directly from farmers in Nagano.
The soba eaten with hot daikon radish was delicious beyond imagination!
The hot taste of daikon radish matched the bonito flavored soba soup.
Soba with a texture like the mochi was delicious.
In addition to the hot taste of radish, it was exquisite taste.

The restaurant has a soothing Japanese-style interior with a menu of stone milled soba noodles, as well as dishes and chopsticks with a reservation system. Several types of sake are also available.

From testimonials

Soba made with homemade flour is surprisingly extra fine.
Still, the taste and the taste are wonderful.

There was a lot of sliced minced meat in the miso soup, and the fat from the persimmon soup was very delicious.
And, the distinctive one is the accent of yams!
This was great.

And I had you break the soup with soba hot water. Next I want to taste it while drinking cold sake slowly.

You can taste authentic handmade soba made with carefully selected ingredients ordered from all over Japan. Local sake and shochu from several regions in Japan are also available.

From testimonials

It is a soba bar where you can find excellent soba noodles filled with stone millet buckwheat flour from the storehouse of Aizu and rich soba noodles and rich sake. Tempura and seafood are second to none in specialty stores.

Soba was also good, but the food was great. The freshness and quality of rock oysters were the highest grade. The autumn swordfish and Aizu horse liver stabs were fresh, and the autumn swordfish was fat and sweet, and the horse liver stabs were fresh enough to have an edge. The garlic miso served was also delicious.

No.7 Sobakiri Sake Daigu

It is a stylish soba restaurant where you can enjoy delicious soba and sake, located about 10 minutes from Toranomon Station. Lunch is open only for 15 days of water and friday, and the restaurant has only 7 seats, so it is safe to reserve in advance. The shop owner’s favorite soba noodles are available at amazing low prices. There are many types of dishes that suit sake.

From testimonials

A soba restaurant at Toranomon, or rather a restaurant that drinks sake. When making a reservation, it is said, “We are limited to those who drink two or more drinks.” That is the owner’s policy.

There are only 7 seats on the counter. The course is very cheap at 3800 yen only at night, and there is an additional single item menu for people with insufficient quantities.

As it is this price, it is not a high-grade material, but it has put together well-designed ingredients. The owner’s cooking skills are huge. Surely sake goes on steadily with this knob. Seven kinds of sake, cold and hot can be selected but hot is recommended.

Countryside soba has a fairly thick and hard finish and you can fully enjoy the taste of soba.

No.6 Asakusa Juroku

Japanese food using soba noodles and Shirakawa natural meal is served in a restaurant with a Japanese-style setting. Udon and course menu are also available.

From testimonials

It is the ultimate soba. The food provided here is beyond the job of a soba restaurant.
Sashimi and tempura specialties, which are considered to be used at the finest sushi restaurants, will be provided one after another.

Hotpot is the pot of a soba noodle shop. This minced meat is also carefully cut out with good meat that has a strong commitment. Because I like to change sake and enjoy it in line with the dishes, by the time the pot was over I was completely in a state of amber.

When the last part of the course was full, a great hand-made soba noodle was served in front of you. This soba is of course not only smell and taste, but other soba shops have dignity that has never been seen before. The owner’s attention is also great, but it is amazing to say that hitting soba noodles is a beautiful owner with a cute face like a child.
